New Service Helpdesk
Babtel will be conducting parallel testing for the new helpdesk starting June 16, 2025. Customers can create and monitor tickets on both https://help.babtel.net/cas or https://portal.itops.io/help/cas.

Babtel VPN Service
This is a free VPN solution being developed by our Dev team, available for all AUAB-WIFI customers.
The technology behind the solution is simple yet fast and uses state-of-the-art cryptography. This service is usable in all ISPs globally except in CAF-WIFI networks.

This needs to remain open to ensure you do not get disconnected unintentionally from the network. Also, the Pop-up shows the I/O value, which displays the data remaining from the data cap and your IP Address (which we use for quick identification/location in case we need to troubleshoot an issue for a user).
