Dear CAF-WIFI Users,

Maintenance Activity
Event Start: 29th March 2024, 1000 HRS
Event End: 29th March 2024, 1200 HRS
Impact: AUAB-WIFI In-Dorm and Common Areas, CAF-WIFI In-Dorm services only, and CAS-WIFI.
Outage: The issue with login intermittently throughout the event across the base.

Event Start: 29th March 2024, 1400 HRS
Event End: 29th March 2024, 1600 HRS
Outage: 30 minutes.
Impact: CAF-WIFI in-dorm services will experience service disruption.

Recurring Maintenance
Please Note: We have scheduled maintenance every Tuesday morning on our Data Center systems in the USA and UK and our Network Systems in Qatar at 02:00 AM Arabia Time (UTC +3:00). Users may experience difficulty logging in during this time, not to exceed 15 minutes. Thanks for being patient while we keep our systems healthy!

CAF-WIFI Network Separation
Please remember ALL ‘CAF-WIFI’ customers must use the network with SSID ‘CAF-WIFI’ to login.

Once you connect to the network you will be redirected to the CAF login page, you can also bookmark the login page in your browsers

This needs to remain open to ensure you do not get disconnected unintentionally from the network. Also, the Pop-up shows the I/O value, which displays the data remaining from the data cap and your IP Address (which we use for quick identification/location in case we need to troubleshoot an issue for a user).
